Julie Rosinski Hot Mama Movement Podcast Tatiana Amico

Julie Rosinski is a licensed clinical social worker who has been working in the mental health field for 17 years. The last two years Julie has maintained a private practice with a focus on helping pregnant and postpartum women who are struggling with anxiety and depression symptoms.

In this episode, Julie and I discuss the difference between baby blues, postpartum depression, postpartum anxiety, and postpartum psychosis, the typical signs of each, what intrusive thoughts are, who you should reach out to if you suspect you’re experiencing more than just baby blues, why you need to accept help from your family and friends when it’s offered, why sleep and healthy eating habits are so important in coping with postpartum depression, why you cannot put self-care on the back burner, and more!
